David has worked and led schools in some of the most challenging areas in the world.  From working as a teacher in inner city London and in rural Kenya, to leading large groups of schools across England and in the USA, David has developed a school improvement and leadership model which has transformed hundreds of schools.  Since establishing  Red Lodge Learning, David has tested the model in different sectors, working with a social housing charity, a university and two educational technology companies.
